The hotel's staff provided excellent service during my stay.
I stayed in a Deluxe Room for three nights, and unfortunately, there were several issues that left me disappointed. The mattress was sagging on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in the room that were hard to deal with, which significantly affected my relaxation. It would also have been nice to have some privacy with a curtain or door separating the bedroom from the bathroom vanity area.

Charming Stay with a Few Tweaks Needed
Enjoyed a lovely three-night stay in the Deluxe Room. The staff's hospitality was delightful, but we found the mattress sagging, which affected comfort. Privacy could be improved with a curtain for the bathroom area. Don't forget insect repellent – we had some mosquito visitors!

The staff’s kindness and willingness to assist at every turn truly set this place apart. they provided invaluable information that enhanced my entire trip. The spa experience was particularly noteworthy, offering a relaxing sauna and hydrotherapy that was just a few buildings away. I enjoyed corn flakes for breakfast, which was a delightful way to start the day. While the location was convenient, some minor disturbances made it less than perfect.
